Hi I have a 5 month old baby, I havent had a proper night rest since she was born. I feel tired,no sex drive, run down, no energy levels at all, my back is killing me. I am back at work, shes with the nanny during the day and I breastfeed when I get home. Please help...

Hello,

It can take more than 6 months after delivery for your body to completely relax. Take rest and try getting proper sleep. Eat healthily and start exercising. Once the stress fades away, libido and energy will return.
Low back pain post-delivery needs evaluation to rule out whether the problem is muscular, skeletal, or due to nerve compression. Please follow up with your primary provider for a detailed evaluation.
