Suggest Treatment For Back Ache And Numbness In The Heel

i have back ache three months suddenly pain shifted to my lower limb which is severe in nature +Numbness mild weakness of lift lower limb MRI shows L5 s1 desic herniation which is 15/3 MM. now no pain but slight back ache + heel Numbness , stiffness of right lower limb please advised treatment. thanks Dr, Khalil ur Rahman, SMO Bajaur

Hello
You first need EMG's and nerve conduction studies to further elucidate the effect of the herniated disc on a nerve root and then you might benefit for epidural cortisone injections, but you may have a problem that can only properly be addressed with surgery
