Suggest Treatment For Back And Tailbone Pain

Hi, I do a lot of ballet, stretching, and yoga, so I am always pushing my flexibility. When I am laying on my back, if I tense my lower abs, I can crack my sacrum area. I occasionally feel like my tailbones are not completely even. As I pop my tailbone area, I feel them settle into place. What causes this? Are my abs causing the sacrum to readjust?

As per your explanation I suggest it is not possible let with abbs any body can disturb the sacrum and tail bone. But still as a treatment for tail bone pain. First you can take x ray and if there is no problem or minor problem need to check with ortho and physio. They will suggest for tail bone caution ( a round tube hollow in center) for sitting purpose so the pressure will not come on tail bone while sitting. Along with this physiotherapy treatment like ultra sound and buttock exercise will help you further to reduce the inflammation and increase the soft tissue strength.
Thumb rule is do not do any thing which pain you or her your tailbone. Take care
