As an Urologist,i can fully understand your concern.
Similar symptoms are also seen in people with stones.Do the following tests :
1. urine routine test and
2. ultrasound scan of abdomen (KUB) done.
This will be able to give an idea,if it's due to stone. If stone's seen, get examined by an Urologist, and further treatment will be advised by him.
