Suggest Treatment For Back Pain After An Injury

Hello,My wife is suffering from whole back pain for over two years now.The reason for the pain is couple of years ago she had a fight with someone and during the fight the person Gave her a palm blow in the centre of the upper back..The pain can be horrible..as sometimes it is even hard for me to see her in pain...Kindly Advise....
