Suggest Treatment For Back Pain After Neck And Back Surgeries
Hi... my name is Robin, I had a fall in 2009 n have gone thru several regiments of rehab...... I have had 3 back n neck surgeries (2 lumbar which r a tiny bit better and 1 in my neck which I have been having alot of pain in still) but its like no one wants to address the pain I have in my mid/upper back... it starts in my right underarm and goes around to the right side of my spine, sometimes it is SO bad I can hardly stand it! and some days I dont even notice it.... and some days, like today it is doing it on the left side and its just resently it has started just done this on the right... when I mention it to my primary doctor he just says its just the muscle...but I cant believe it would hurt for almost 5 years and be a muscle sprain it hurts way to bad for that to be the answer...can u help me??

I insist you to be patient and continue with physiotherapy or rehabilitation. For immediate relief you can take TENS OR IFT therapy in physiotherapy clinic. Exercise is only option which can cure your problem permanenly.
