Suggest Treatment For Back Pain And UTI

I have chronic lower back pain and have frequent UTI's. I,ve had a UTI since July 1st and just finished 10 days on Cipro. I doesn't hurt like it did at first but I still feel pressure and urgency and my back pain is unbearable in the morning until I take something for pain and sit on the heating pad for 30 - 40 minutes. What is your opinion on what I might do for this?

I am 46 years old, 5'3 and 160 lbs.
