Suggest Treatment For Back Pain And Fever

Hi my Name is Ashley and I am a 26 year old female. I have been having issues with my kidneys. I went to urgent care and was told that it was a UTI (about a month ago). I thought ok standard, but I was not experiencing the standard symptoms. I was having back pain, cloudy urine, I was always tired (not normal for me), could not sleep well, sick to my stomach, fever etc... The doctor prescribed me with some fairly heavy duty antibiotics, a shot and then a prescription for home use for 10 days. I felt better by about day 7 of the antibiotics. I used to get UTIs frequently when I was much younger. I have also had several kidney infections. I do not drink alcohol or take any kind of medication (including tylenol) and I lead a very healthy life style. My low back/ sides are having mild pains and I feel exhausted. Ihave had recommendations to visit a urologist but I work 2 full time jobs and it makes it difficult to schedule and appointment.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having chronic UTI giving this problem often.
Backache might be due to this infection.
You might require,
1, Routine urine check up with culture and sensitivity test to find out specific organisms and working antibiotic medicine against these organisms.
2, ultra sound of abdomen and kidneys to rule out any lesion or stones.
After all report plan of treatment can be decided.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
