Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be due to long time sitting and not taking proper diet.

First of all take proper healthy diet in the right time.Avoid caffine if taking. Take antacid.

Second go for MRI of spine and Vitamin D3 blood test.

Do some exercise and Vitamin D3 once a week as the MRI report comes.

If pain is severe then go for physiotherapy. Avoid painkiller as it increases gastritis

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
