Suggest Treatment For Back Pain And Stomach Protrusion
Hi I had back pain on the lower right side felt like a muscle pull for about 1 week. Have taken anti inflammatory meds with slight improvement. 2 days ago noticed a protrusion in stomach area on the right side. No pain, however very obvious and have never experienced this before. Dramatically different from my left side. Also a slight numbing on the right side. Could the back pain and right stomach protrusion be related? Thank you Scott Friedman

Back pain and abdominal protrusion may or may not be related. Back pain may be muscular as you have mentioned. Rest and muscle relaxant will help to resolve the pain. Abdominal protrusion can be due to organomegaly for which I suggest you to get ultrasound abdomen.
