Suggest Treatment For Back Pain, Dizziness, Headache And Loose Motions
Yesterday all of a sudden one of my sides began to hurt like where my kidneys are i thought it was because i needed water so i drank some however it did not help and it became worse i was dizzy and my whole back was hurting. I had a horrible headache and my whole body was achy. Today my stomach is hurting real bad and i am pooping water with the continuous head and body ache

From history it seems that you might be having acute gastro-enteritis giving rise to body ache, lithargy and fatigue.
Take some antispasmodic with analgesic medicine.
Take Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine.
Take plenty of water and electrolytes.
Take light diet.
