Suggest Treatment For Back Pain During 37 Weeks Of Pregnancy
My wife is 37 weeks pregnant, not experience labor pains, but some pain in her back last checked friday night was at 2cm dilation and 30% effaced, today she looks and feels like she is sick, feels like vomiting, just went for a walk and both her hips hurt, and she has felt hot and warm to touch. Should we go to our local labor and delivery at our hospital?

It seems to be a viral infection. She need to investigated with few basic investigations like CBC, CRP etc. to do work up for infection.
Moreover, her pelvic examination also needs to be done.
So it's advisable to consult your gynecologist for detailed evaluation.
