Suggest Treatment For Back Pain Upto The Legs With Numbness
I have really bad pain in the lower right part of my back that radiates down my right leg and makes my leg go numb when I'm standing,walking or lying down and I'd like to know what it might be. the temperature in my right leg is 95.1 and the temperature in my left leg is96.9

Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely due nerve root compression which can be a result of osteochondrosis or intervertebral disc herniation.A physical examination with an Orthopedician will give clue for that and an X ray followed by MRI might be needed to confirm it.For my patients with such cases i treat with NSAIDs like Aceclofenac muscle relaxants like thiocolchicoside and neurotropic drugs.I also recommend them to do muscle strengthening exercise and send them to Physiotherapy along with this.If no improvement with this or if there is severe nerve root compression then a surgical correction can be considered.Hope this may help you.
