Suggest Treatment For Back Pain With Muscle Tightness
I have been experiencing back pain near my spine, when I taker a pain in my upper left back. When I take a deep breath there is muscle tightness deep below surface muscles and is sometimes paired with tightness in my chest in the front, also on the left side. It has been occurring for about 2 months.

I really appreciate your concern, the given history could be suggestive of muscular spasm in my opinion it can be well managed with Tab Clorzoxazone with Acetaminphen once in day, try to maitaon good posture while you sit or stand hope this information helps.
