Hi doctors, I am a 19 year old female. Two nights ago I was unable to sleep due to severe lower back pain, after some rest, I fell asleep. The next night I was surprised by some major pain starting in my left shoulder and shooting down my arm, I was not sure whether to go to the ER or not but instead tried to fall asleep. I slept about 3 hours and then woke up to some naseua. The arm pain came back for a bit and then left after an hour nap. I should mention that it does not feel like muscle pain and it was not caused by injury. The rest of that day I was fine and most of the best day too until tonight I am now experiencing chest pain. It feels heavy and tight. It lasts about 20-30 minutes and then stops and comes back(does not feel like heartburn or indegestion). The arm pain has now begun to come back again with the chest pain. What do you think this could be at my age? Do I need to go to the ER? Any information you have will be greatly appreciated.
