Suggest Treatment For Back Pain

Hi. I have had a sore throat for about 5 days with no other symptoms but body aches. Then it finally went away and started to feel better. Today it is back and hurts again with aches. I should mention I have been up since 4am traveling and switching planes and had a nonstop day. So body aches and throat is back. Should I be worried or does it just sound like the first day i felt great I wore my body out and my immunity lowered when I wasn t 100%? PS. I ve had strep throat before and it is PAINFUL like can t even swallow so I don t think I have strep because not near amount of pain. Throat is red though red veins are prominent.

The body aches that you are having can be due to a post viral syndrome. You can take a mild pain killer and take a hot shower for symptomatic relief.
