Dear caring father first of all nothing to worry as MRI has turned out to be normal. You daughter's profession demands positions which promotes low back pain. She requires to improve her postures and learn about ergonomics, a science of work related positions and back ache. Tablet nucoxia does not have serious side effects but painkillers should be avoided for long term duration. I wold like to advise her back strengthening and abdominal strengthening exercises plus practising yoga would help her in improving back pain.
