Suggest Treatment For Back Pain
last 10 days back,i started with a slight back ache on the right side and it continues and then a pain on the right side sholder,which went after two days and after a week on the left side neck muscel.i have been taking pain killers,but now the neck pain is worse without pain killer, what is this ?

as per information given by you it seems to be spondolysis
would suggest you to have an xray cervical spine be taken to know the futher line of course .till then you can gie hot fomentation with heating pad advised to apply diclofenac /nise gel before fomentation
