Suggest Treatment For Back Pain

im having severe pains in lower back it's been bothering me for some time now, it gets worse when I try to do laundry or anything that requires bending. Left side is swollen with a little bubble. I've had this pain for a long time. Just need to know if it's serious and that I need to go to the doctor

kindly answer the floowoing questions so that it becomes easier for me to understand your problem better...

how old are you?
since when are you experiencing this pain?
where exactly is it located?
the swelling is hard or soft?
is there any history of external injury to that area??


anyways you should visit a doctor
take rest
avoid bending or strenuous job
have some painkiller for now
do an XRAY/ MRI lumbosacral spine
