Hello my friend
Thank you for your question on HCM

The best thing to do is to go again to your doctor so he can see your leg and to decide should he do tests or change the way of treatment, because:
For serious infections a doctor ,perform a blood culture, Gram stain, and culture of needle aspiration or punch biopsy specimens to pinpoint the etiology. Blood cultures are only positive in 5-15% of patients with cellulitis.Maybe is needed Aspiration of the pus.
So go to the doctor and show your leg

Hope this information is helpful to you
Best regards
