Suggest Treatment For Bad Body Odor Along With COPD And Bronchiectasis

My sweat has a VERY strong odor. It resembles cat urine. I also sweat excessively when up and moving. Even something as simple as sweeping the floor and I looked like I just got out of the shower. I have COPD and bronchiactsist. I also take a lot of medication and vitamins. I have only noticed this in the past 2 or 3 years. I am a 61 year old female. Thank you.
