Suggest Treatment For Bad Body Odor

The last few days my husband has smelled bad. I can't describe the smell but in a closed car or in bed, it almost gags me. He has had some medical issues and 3 months ago had half of his pancreas removed. He is not diabetic. The smell seems to come from his skin.
