Suggest Treatment For Below Congenital Symptoms

Dear Dr Pradeep and supers pecialists

I hope you can help me in finding out what is wrong with me.

I have numerous symptoms which are linked to a congenital fault, and have now culminated in these symptoms.

I am now 20 years of age, 1.7 meters in height, weighing 72 kg, and have a distended abdomen. I am having great difficulty in dealing with them. No medication being taken at present and I have only had German measles at aged two.

Below is a list of these symptoms:-

1.     Worrying a lot, nervousness accompanied now with thinking about what other people think about me. This is exacerbated simply because I do not know what is wrong.

2.     Poor concentration and memory; daydreaming

3.     Difficulty with reading and writing/typing.

4.     Inability to sleep and tired when waking. Bad dreams

5.     Eyesight is very weak

6.     Difficulty swallowing, and choking is not uncommon

7.     Constant diarrhoea

8.     Fluid retention with consequential weight gain

9.      Lack of strength and stamina. Jaw and teeth are weak

10.     After driving or sitting down for a while, then standing up nearly blacking out. For a few moments everything appears to be in black and white and my hearing is affected

11.     My voice is hoarse and after speaking for a while I have to clear my throat.

12.     Breathlessness even after mundane and easy tasks.

13.     Their is a groove at the back of my neck and what I can only describe as a flat spot on top of my skull.

Despite thyroid blood tests everything appears normal. However with the severity of these symptoms which is ruining my quality of life do you know of any other congenital disease that could mimic these thyroid (or what I perceive to be a thyroid problem). If you do I want to grateful for any suggestions. Adrenaline and cortisol levels are also normal.

I have read and heard about none uptake of thyroid T3 and T4. In your opinion is this an accurate supposition?

If there is anything else you wish to know please do not hesitate at all in contacting me for further details.

Yours sincerely

John
