Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern after going through the description you have posted. What you are having is called deviated nasal septum deformity. Many a times it does not cause any major health problems. Generally what people face with such deformity is repeated sinus and respiratory tract infections. Some of them would be having cosmetic issues. In either case, you need to undergo a minor operation called septoplasty for the deformity to be corrected. For this, you need to consult ENT specialist, get examined and evaluated and then operated. It is an easily correctable deformity and hence you need not worry about it.
