Hi, I am 53 and have Ms. I have been suffering with what my doctor thinks is benign postural vertigo. It all started with a perfusive sweating situation and kind of incoherent talk as I was on the phone when it happened. I called the doc and saw her 2 days later bc I was worried it might have been a TIA. She did a neurological test That was normal.. She also did head tilts looking for nystagmus, but no nystagmus. She thought maybe it was a migraine with ear involvement giving me the slightly spinning feeling despite no nystagmus or headache. That night after seeing her, I began vomiting and had severe spinning. I took antivert the next day and was able to keep food down and liquids. I still have the movement irregularit when getting up from Laing down or turning over in bed. It s much less sever but still there. It s been 11 days. Today when I turned my head to the left, there was vibrating of my brain, for no better explanation. Similarly, when doing the Epley maneuvers, sometimes it feel like a hand comes up under my neck and feels like it s lifting me up a bit. Really strange symptoms, I know, but any ideas? Thanks, Leslie
