Hi...am 24 yrs old,5.7 is my height n weight is 86..two months ago I was diagnosed with pcod..I got married a year ago..since past 5 months my periods cycle has changed i ve to take Regulate prescribed by my doc oly then I get periods I am fed up with failed pregnancy tests...since two months I have completely changed my lifestyle...now I am oly taking more of fiber combined with protein in my diet m I ve become much active than ever...my gyno has prescribed folinal plus 5 mg daily one n Co ba dex one everyday for three months n ve asked me to lose weight simultaneously...I ve bilateral polycyst measuring 13/16 on my right ovary...I ve cyst on both rhetorically ovaries...what precaution do I ve to take frm my side...I genuinely need help.....!!!!
