OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Deranged liver function test at 9 months of pregnancy can be due to viral hepatitis, acute fatty liver of pregnancy, or very rarely obstetric cholestasis.
I would suggest her to consult an OBGYN specialist as soon as possible so that proper examination, investigations and appropriate treatment can be done to avoid any complication to mother or foetus.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health.
