Extreme fatigue or tiredness or lethargy is a part of bipolar disorder vicious cycle symptoms. This could be more prominent after having a manic episode which is also an integral part of bipolar disorder. Proper prescription drugs can help you overcome your problems. Cognitive Behavior Therapy is found useful in managing Bipolar disorder along with the medications. Therefore, I suggest consulting your psychiatrist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
