Suggest Treatment For Bipolar Disorder

I hve a 55 yar old son living with us and He is driving me crazy! my husband has stage 4 prostrate cancer and does not have the strength to make him move out, my son does not have a job right now, he is bipolar and is waiting on Medicare to be able to get medicine. He is a Recovering Alcoholic that was clean for three years and 2 months ago I let him take my husbands car to look for a job and he met up with a former friend and it was his Birthday and he went to his B Day Party got drunk totaled my husbands car and ran! Now he has to spend 30 days in jail but won t tell us when! I don t know if He needs the help or if I need the help! He was married once and had a great job and was married to s girl from China and they have one son! She is remarried and lives in Seattle. He has had 3 DUI s and been in jail before all because of the alcohol but I thought He was getting better! What do 82 and 77 yer old parents do when this happens? Dr. Phil saiid I could call dr on demand free in February and I started this at 11:30 pm 2/27/2015! Ha rite to Dr Phil to try and get on his show but guess they think we re to old to help or something! They have millionaires on there that they help but. Poor people Likud I guess don t qualify!
