Suggest Treatment For Bipolar Disorder

My husband was diginos with bipolar. He imagines stuff that aren t real. He gores 2 a mental health center &gets back on track. Once he feels good, he stops taking his meds. It takes 2-3 yrs. 2 get bad again. This is we re we r at now. I m the bad person not him. He thinks I m having affairs, I m not. Thinks I am stealing his money, I m not.i m 2 the point I wish he was dead but I love him dearly. What can I do.
