Suggest Treatment For Black Decoloration After Wrapping Bandage

I had a bandage wrapped around my finger too tightly last night. When I woke up theis morning, my finger hurt and part of it was black. I took the bandage off and now that area is white and numb. Cappilary return on the nail above the area is great. I can move my finger fine. Part of my finger feels numb and part burned. I am trying to figure out if I should see a doctor.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, there is a complete cut of the blood supply to the finger distal to the bandage.
you can have a recovery up to half of the tissues, for rest of the tissues, it will be better to have a medical help.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, diclofenac , serratiapeptidase, and Bcomplex.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good recovery, and resistance .
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
