a very tiny piece of metal fell into my eye when i was working on a bolt under my truck. My eye hurts and is very red like pink eye. I Noticed a tiny small black dot on the iris of my eye. Like a pinhole size. is there anything i can do. it wont come out with water

It is accidental injury to your eye. the black dot which you are seeing may be actually a large problem. Many a time you observe a small dot but in real a small piece of foreign body may go deep into your eye. it may be in the vitreous it may reach deep to retina. but all this things can only be visible when you are undergone fundoscopy with opthalmologist. so go to nearby opthalmologist and see where the foreign body lies in your eyes. usually the dot in the iris dosent require treatment until it is disturbing in your function of visualization.
