Suggest Treatment For Black Hyperpigmentation On Face

Actually i was in white colour before one year .but due to bike accident some black colour appear on my face.at that time my friend suggested one cream to remove that one.i used that.first black colour converted into red later converted into white later it converted into dark black. To remove that blackness what will i do?why i am asking is this is my confidence issue sir.can,i use pandrem?plz give the solution sir ..

Hi. It was post inflammatory hyperpigmentation - very common after injuries. From the description, it appears yoi overused hydroquinone and steroid containing cream. Panderm too is a steroid containing cream- absolutely not indicated in your case. It might do more harm. Its high time you consult a trained dermatologist, instead of treating yourself. Remember, some of the damages caused by panderm like creams might bee permanent too. Your condition is a complete no-self treatment case now. Just consult a dermatologist.
