General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would recommend you to continue all three products for at least one month. You need not to worry about redness. Triluma has retinoid in it which causes redness, dryness and irritation on the skin. This is a good sign and shows that the product is effective.

Just use a good moisturizing agent that is petrolatum based on those red and dry areas. It will relieve you of your discomfort. Keep using sun screen and melano-tx for quicker results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sara Ahmed, General & Family Physician
