Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern.

As per your query you have black spots on cheeks. There are many reasons that trigger the production of melanin pigment like excessive sun exposure . Well skinlite cream is good for hyper pigmentation but it should not be used for long term . I would suggest you to stop using skinlite as it contain steroid , which has long term side effects , Wash your face daily with cold water and mild soap , After washing face apply kojic acid cream twice which is safe for use and exfoliate your face twice a week to remove the dead skin . Also cover your face while in exposure to sun or use broad spectrum sunscreen and apply vitamin E oil at night . If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may recommend chemical peeling or laser therapy .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
