Hi,
I read carefully your question and I do understand your concern. As you mention black spot that must be propable
melasma, the most effective treatment of melasma are topical
retinoids such (
tretinoin), creams, Tretinoin creams sometimes can be hard to tolerate and causes
dermatitis, this is the reason that
steroids creams are added in therapy to reduce the irritation caused by retinoids, usally retinoids are used in evening every days for 4-16 weeks.
If you have irritation from them: use retinoids three times a week and the others evening use a steroid creams like hydrocotisone cream, if you have exposure to sun, use a sunscreen cream with SPF 50 every day, wait for 4-6 weeks to see the effects of therapy, if you are not satisfied then there are aesthetic procedures such as
chemical peels that help you to diminish the spots.
According to my experience deep peeling with TCA 35 %, is an effective treatment against
skin hyperpigmentation, you can do this procedure at a professional persons every 4-6 weeks, for 4 sessions, don't forget to use calming and regeneration (hyaluronics creams) days after procedures and not to be exposed to sun if you have, strongly have to use sunscreen, wearing sunglasses, Large-brimmed hats.
If you have more questions, please feel free to send them to me.
