General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As there is history of lupus, blackening of fingers and toes with blurred vision indicates vascular compromise via Reynaud's phenomenon. A clinical examination with Doppler evaluation of the upper and lower limb to check for the peripheral circulation will reveal the amount of fibrosis or narrowing via lupus counter part over the soft tissues.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
