Suggest Treatment For Bladder Infection And Frequent Urination

I am having some health issue. I keep having to pee in the middle of the night like 5 to 6 times. I did just recently finished my bladder infection antibiotic and was feeling ok for a few days but then I masterbated. Now I have woken up in the middle of my sleep constantly feeling like I have to pee. What is wrong with me? Did the bladder infection come back, is this a urethra issue, a yeast infection?
