Hello, * As per my clinical experience, there can be various issues for post-surgery bleeding in the urination as - urinary tract infection (less likely as there are antibiotics going on in this period) - underlying stent in the ureter - residual stone fragments inside remaining - an antibiotic-induced side effect - lack of adequate hydration * Immediately consult your operating surgeon and get necessary evaluations for the further guidelines.
