General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thankyou for asking your question at health care magic

Endometrial hyperplasia without atypia is due to prolonged stimulation of uterus by estrogen resulting in thickened endometrium (inner lining of uterus). Heavy bleeding with clots is due to the thick endometrium shedding.

Since you are complaining of dizziness and weakness, I recommend you consult your doctor to get haemoglobin levels checked (to look for anemia) and to see if you need intevwntion to stop bleeding. Severe anemia may also warrant blood transfusion.

Hope I was able to answer your question
Regards,
Dr.Lekshmi
