Suggest Treatment For Bleeding And Scabbing Of Lips In Person With Herpes

my lips seem to always be bleeding and scabbing, i had a swab test and it came back positive for herpes. my doctor prescribed acyclovir 400mg 4 times a day and acyclovir ointment 5% twice a day. after 6 months and no changes in my condition i went to my dermatologist and she prescribed hydrocortisone ointment 2.5% 3 times a day, its been 3 weeks and still no changes.
