Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain bleeding from the gums or any part of mucosa can occur due to vigorous brushing leading to traumatic
injury to the mucosa/gums and it leads to bleeding..
Secondly if there is gum bleeding it can also be due to infection in gums causing
Gingivitis..
Nothing to worry, as nothing seems to be serious..
You should brush gently and use a tongue cleaner to clean the tongue..
Avoid vigorous brusing and brushing for too long..
In case if still bleeding persist consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can be done..
You can be advised scaling of teeth followed by massaging the gums with gum paint and using a soft toothbrush to brush your teeth..
Antiseptic mouthwash gargles and warm saline gargles are also helpful..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
