Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.
I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
1) Use topical treatments. Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone
2)use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent
3) Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help, thanks!
