General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having chronic non healing ulcer giving this problem.
Consult your doctor and get it cleaned properly with antiseptic lotion and dressed it with antibiotic cream.
Go for few proper dressings by your doctor only.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 5-7 days to clear the infection.
Ok and take care.
