General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
i can understand your concern.
blister may have appeared due to any tight bandage or an infection if there is an open would.
Kindly get a knee ap and lateral xray, if it wasnt done earlier. this is to rule out any fractures
pain and Swelling usually takes two to three weeks to come down. if the swelling is still present, your orthopedecian would do an aspiration and remove the fluid from the joint.
Dressing with betadine is required if an open wound is present. If no open wound is present, supportive knee brace would be helpful
Take tab aceclo sp( aceclofenac+pcm+serratiopeptidase) twice daily for five days. this will aid in pain relief and reduction in swelling.

Hope i have answered your query.
