Suggest Treatment For Blisters Near Ear After Piercing Tragus

Well I got my Tragus pierced and I changed my ear ring really early cause it kept getting caught on everything . So I kept to cleaning it 3 times a day . I took a picture of my ear to see it and there was blisters on the side of my face and crusty and nasty stuff all over my cartilage part of where my Tragus earring was in

Hi,

Tragus piercing can cause such problems as it has a cartilage as support. Piercing such an area can cause mild infection or inflammation. It is better to get started on proper treatment as this can have increased infection and further complications. Clean with medical spirit or Povidone iodine at least 4 times in a day.Take an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen if it suits you. Antibiotic is needed if there is any evidence of a bacterial infection.

Consult your Doctor or an ENT surgeon for better understanding of the problem and proper management. Do not wear anything at the moment till the problem is solved. Use only gold earrings, small enough that they do not entangle with hair and clothes. Let the infection and inflammation settle well and proper healing to occur.
