Suggest Treatment For Blisters On The Nose And Lips

Have few blisters, very small less than 5 just below the nose on the lips not so prominent but some what irritating. Had these earlier and was advised Herparax. Its Hot here and Can I leave it to subside on its own Am I to take Herparax, pl advise the strength Dsage and for how many days

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your blisters.

As per your history it seems to me you are having herpes simplex. That is small multiple blisters on lip blow lateral side of nose.

Yes these will subside of its own because they are only few and not too much spread. Mostly these lesion subside of its own, if you have associated fever and generalized body ache you may need to take paracetamol.

You can apply local antiviral cream like herpix 4 times daily if you want.
Also you can take Acyclovir 400mg four times daily after consulting your physician but in my opinion you don't need.
