There are two possible disease that could be causing your symptoms:
celiac disease or
lactose intolerance. Both diseases are related to food. symptoms of both are usually bloating, cramping, a domino discomfort, vomiting,
diarrhea, and flatulense.
Gluten intolerance is also known celiac disease. Most people with celiac disease are intolerant to wheat, barley, rye, and occasionally oat products. Many people complain of joint and
bone pain, as well as fatigue, bloating,
abdominal pain, numbness and tingling in hand or feet, and
muscle cramps. The only treatment currently is to avoid all of those products that contain gluten. Unfortunately it is very challenging to learn sources of gluten. I would recommend getting a dietitian. Rice, corn, and soy bean flour are safe and palatable substitute. The best diagnosis is resolution of symptoms after stopping gluten products for about 7 days. There are also
blood test to help diagnose celiac's disease.
Lactose intolerance is the inability to digest lactose. It is a deficiency in the enzyme called lactase. Generally this is seen in kids, but can seat be seen in adults also. Lactose is found mostly in dairy and milk products such as cheese and yogurt. You can get non-lactose dairy products at any grocery store. You can also buy lactase tablets to help digest the lactose and dairy products.
I would recommend:
-Probiotics
-Avoiding gluten products
-lactate tablet such as lactaid which you can pick up over the counter. Take one or two capsules prior to ingesting dairy products.
-Calcium and vitamin D supplement
-Dietitian if symptoms continue.
