Suggest Treatment For Bloating And Discomfort In The Abdomen

Hi. Yesterday afternoon I had bloating and discomfort in my abdomen and last night I had moderate to severe pain in my lower abdomen. When I walked to the kitchen I passed out. I also had chills and at one point the urge to vomit. The pain passed after about 3 hours

Hi dear it seems to be spasmodic pain, please follow this advise:
1) Take Tab Meftal spasm and Tab Pantocid DSR for pain relief
2) Do not lie down immediately after having food
3) Walk for 20 mins after having food
4) Avoid junk and oily,spicy food particularly at night
5) Drink lots of fluids
6) If problem persists then get the USG once
