Suggest Treatment For Bloating And Stomach Pain

I am taking 40mg of Lipitor one per day. 500mg Of metformin one per day. I am having water diearear. about 20 times a day. stomach pain and bloating first then dierear after eating. This started about 3 years ago. saw my gastro doctor. test done and snowed no nothing but gallstones and gallbladder was removed. got better for a while now back to water dierear. I know that I have IBS and have had problems for 40 years but this is really bad now.

Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Asad Riaz, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.
pain in stomach n bloating can be due to many reasons , but u already dx with IBS n if u were my patient I'll do through exam b ask history so I can make sure it is IBS , Bcs apigastric pain after eating more likely due to Peptic ulcer diseases... I would do some test to rule out PuD n if it is then treat it accordingly.. for pain u can take PPI b antispasmodic med that can help to relieve pain ... n also took food as advised for IBS patient n avoid that's is not good for IBS patient like fatty food etc
